Colfax Plaza believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable landlord is the recipe for success. Colfax Plaza was started by Steve and Joan Vacchiano. They developed a deep knowledge and understanding of running a successful enterprise. Colfax Plaza continues to be family owned and operated by Bill & Cindy Groves, Stephanie Murphy, Tina Peisel & Bll Groves Jr. They, along with their children, continue to carry on the tradition started by the Vacchiano family many years ago.
